🎓 Program Overview

The M.SC. in Physical Geography: Environmental History is an English-taught, full-time four-semester program. It offers specialised training in environmental and climate history, combining natural science methods from physical geography, geosciences, and environmental physics with essential social science components, including archaeology and human geography, to enable analysis of how past environmental changes shaped nature and society. This M.Sc. in Geography program will prepare students to reconstruct environmental archives, use GIS and modelling tools, conduct field and lab work, and assess natural-anthropogenic interactions and future environmental scenarios while pursuing a Master's Degree in Germany at one of the Best Universities in Germany.
