The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Service Management is designed to combine core business administration knowledge with strong service-management skills, especially for industries like hospitality, tourism, and other service-oriented sectors. The Programme follows a dual and practice-oriented study model whereby students learn theory not only at the university but also obtain work experience in partner companies while studying. The first two semesters will be held online in English. Presence and practical phases are then carried out in Germany.
