The Bachelor of Engineering in Building Products and Processes is designed to train engineers who combine technical and managerial skills to develop, manage and market sustainable building products within modern construction processes. The programme addresses current megatrends such as digitalisation, circular economy, sustainability and globalisation in the building industry. With a bilingual teaching concept (English in the basic lectures, German in later semesters) and a hybrid structure blending engineering and management, students learn to work on building‑products from idea through design to market launch, making use of digital building processes (e.g., BIM) and sustainable building methods. The programme is offered at DIT’s European Campus Rottal‑Inn in Pfarrkirchen (lab activities in Arnstorf).
