This is a 3-year (6 semesters) full-time bachelor’s programme, leading to two degrees: one from Gisma University of Applied Sciences (Berlin campus) and one from Kingston University London. You study business management with a specialisation in Human Resources, getting both core business skills and HR knowledge. There’s also a “mobility window” in semester 5 where you can do study abroad, internships, or career development modules. Total credit load is 180 ECTS.
Admission Requirements
General university entrance qualification (high school diploma or equivalent) suitable for a bachelor’s programme.
English proficiency: B2 level (for example, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).

Learning Model
Hybrid-learning: mixture of on-campus face-to-face lectures in Berlin + e-learning / online components, group projects, case studies.
