The Operational Excellence (M.B.A. & Eng.) at Hof University is a four-semester full-time master’s programme combining engineering and business management. It’s made for students who already hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and have some work experience. The course merges the science of production and operations (lean management, Six Sigma, smart factories, Industry 4.0 / 5.0, data tools) with business strategy, finance, leadership, and change management. It’s especially strong in hands-on learning: labs, case studies, site visits, and long internships with a thesis in cooperation with industry.
