The M.B.A. Digitalization & Innovation at Hof University is a 4-semester full-time program for graduates who possess some work experience and wish to excel in leadership in digital transformation. It combines innovation management, digital business models, and new technologies such as AI and data analytics, with strategic finance, project management, and leadership competencies. Interdisciplinary in its approach, it's designed for individuals from both IT and non-IT streams, to develop creativity, change management, and digital expertise.

Requirements for Admission
Bachelor's degree (in computer science, business, engineering, social sciences, etc.) At least 180 ECTS (or equivalent)
at least one year of relevant experience
English language proficiency: 90 on the TOEFL or 6.5 on the IELTS
Candidates should have minimum A1 in German upon acceptance; candidates should possess B1 level upon internship time.
