The Master of Science in Control, Microsystems, Microelectronics is a full-time, four-semester M.Sc. programme taught in English. It focuses on in-depth training in control engineering, microsystem and microelectronic technologies, digitisation and automation engineering. Students are equipped to design, implement and evaluate complex micro- and nano-systems and automation processes, to apply scientific methods in control technology and microelectronics, and to contribute to production, research and development in industry and services.
