The M.Sc. Marine Geosciences is a full-time, four-semester programme given in English. It encompasses an in-depth education in marine geosciences - biogeochemistry, sedimentary structures, marine resources, the ocean crust's evolution, climate change - with a strong orientation towards research and methods. Students are thus prepared to be able to analyze processes within the marine earth system; independently conduct field and laboratory work; apply modelling and geoscientific methods; and contribute both to scientific research and to applied tasks regarding coastal management, marine resources, and environmental archives.
